How to answer the question: ''What is 46pgs. all about?''

Well, for a plastic example let me point out Paul B Drohan's article in this issue. Paul made his article ''Ocean“ on eight pages. His theme/article consists of four designs. Three of them are songs and the fourth is Henry David Thoreau's poem. "Ocean Size"  by Jane's Addiction, "The Great Below"  by NIN, "Oceans"  by Pearl Jam and previously mentioned "The Fisher's Boy" by Henry David Thoreau. After I received Paul's article I wrote him an email just to double-check and asked him: ''What about the text for these beautiful backgrounds that you made for your article?“. I received a brilliant answer from Paul and, in fact, the definition of 46pgs. concept. I quote: ''The NIN, Jane's Addiction and Oceans are designed to be a visual representation of the songs“.

That's it. This is how I always imagine articles and artwork in 46pgs. – as a visual representation of the best songs, movies, books, quotes, whatever you are passionate about.

Now, did you get it right?
